Lorita Gonzales is a volunteer broadcaster in DXLM 102.5 mHz Maragusan Community Radio and the Chairperson of the Maragusan Community Media Council in Compostela Valley, Philippines. The Maragusan Community Radio aims to foster unity in the community while respecting diversities in terms of class, ethnicity, religion, and lifestyles. Using radio as a medium, Gonzales hopes to link up with other local and international organisations that are working for community development. and to maximize community participation though appropriate information. The Maragusan Community Radio has programmes on women, agriculture, environment, women, youth, senior citizens and religion.
