Ramida Sinaga gives insight into her organisation's work towards women's economic and political empowerment. As many of the rural grassroots women are illiterate, they use photos to inform women about parliamentary candidates, especially women candidates. Media helps to facilitate information sharing and enables voices and visibility for marginalized groups such as grassroots and LGBTQ women.
