The Sexual Violence Research Initiative (SVRI) Coordinating Group is now accepting nominations for qualified experts to join them. This Coordinating Group, composed of researchers, practitioners, and/or advocates from a range of sectors, provides overall guidance to further the work of the Initiative and supports and oversees the work of the SVRI secretariat.
Nominees should have a proven track record of quality work on sexual violence research, advocacy, policy making, and/or service provision. Self-nomination is allowed. Both women and men are welcome to apply. Nominations by national and regional networks are encouraged.

The Sexual Violence Research Initiative (SVRI) is an international project which promotes and disseminates action-oriented research to reduce and respond to sexual violence. The SVRI aims to build an experienced and committed network of researchers, policy makers, service-providers, activists and donors to ensure that the many aspects of sexual violence are addressed.
