The Women’s International Perspective (WIP), a new international news website that promotes thought and analysis through content that is relevant, current, global, and often unreported, is looking for women writers from around the globe. These women writers will contribute to an online publication that sets a new standard in the presentation of international news—news by women for everyone.

The WIP addresses the under-representation of women and the women's perspective in news reporting by providing a platform for women writers around the world. It is free and accessible worldwide to readers of all ages and cultures and is not associated with any political party, religion, ideology, or cultural group.

Women writers with the following qualifications may apply:
- with expertise in one or more of the following subject areas: technology, economy, science, education, culture, and politics;
- with the ability to write in English;
- who can report local and world events within their area of expertise accurately and objectively;
- with excellent analytical and investigative skills; and
- with high standards of integrity.
